The FMC is a badass but she's also guarded.

I felt this connection. I was instantly attracted to the characters, their personal struggles & how they were going to work together as a couple

I can not wait for the next book(s)

I can't wait to read about August & Theodora, and I want a Dusty story

Couldn't put either book in the series down but this one just hit differently
